Digimon Story: Time Stranger was a phenomenal game! I loved as hooked from the start! Highly recommend! One of the best games I’ve played all year.

Pushed a bit harder this morning at gym! 3x5 at 265lbs. Trying to get the body i wanted and maintain it. starting with lifting heavy, getting enough sleep, and drinking more water.

Today’s workout included 3x8 incline bench! Hit a new PR. Old PR is from December 2023. also had half kneeling DB press and standing straight rows. Ended with half mile runs for time. i hate running! But good sesh. Trying to lock back in before holiday travel.

Yesterday, I had 3x5 Bench Press. The stereotypical gym bros next to me were trying to 1 rep PR at 185-195. I did 185 for 5 reps as warm up. I ended my working set at 255.
I’m not a stereotypical gym brow next, but the two guys being shook was a confidence boost.

Recently got back into the Shadowhunter Chronicles by Cassandra Clare! Mostly so I could read the Malec books. I’m reading them in the author suggest order so the first three Mortal Instruments books and then the first Eldest Curses book. Now I’m sucked in. #booksky #ShadowHunterChronicles
