A few years ago, my 1 rep max bench was 285. Today I did 3 reps with a 3 second pause at 275. Difference is I'm fluffier, but also stronger. Got to lock in on nutrition so I can actually see the muscle that has been built over the years.

Completed switched to Apple Music after Spotify decided to start running ICE ads. The only thing I'll miss are the audiobooks. Oh well, I guess I'll be using my library card for those again.

Spent my Halloween night with one of my besties drinking tequila and watching movies. The Covenant was a good choice. Great bones, pretty cast. Had potential for a direct to video sequel.

In the mood to rewatch the Noah's Arc Movie! It was a game changer for me to (sneakily) see Black gay love and Black gay friends on my screen growing up.
I love my friends, but I wish I had more Black gay male friends in my life.
