Maybe I’m late to this conversation, but I read a long thread this morning by people who believe the notion and symbology of liberty (the Statue, in particular) are “Luciferian.” If this idea is actually germinating among Christian nationalists, then we are even more fucked than I had imagined.

We radical leftists must overcome the self-righteous expectation that everyone mirrors our ideology. The success of our movement hinges on our ability and willingness to build on common values with the working class — even those who identify as MAGA. Otherwise, we're just LARPing.

A campaign hyperfocused on these issues wins back the working class:

⏵ Paid family medical leave (79% of Americans want it)

⏵ Tuition-free higher education (63% of Americans want it)

⏵ The PRO Act (70% of Americans want it)

If ever there was an absolute truth to the nature of inspiration, this is it.
