So far there have been three measles deaths in under six weeks in the ongoing US measles outbreak.

"Fentanyl-laced weed" is something I hear often and need to have conversations about. It's pernicious!
I'm sure people have tried to do it. Some folks do use one AND the other, which can cause people to conflate them. But as Ryan states, there are ZERO lab confirmed instances of this.

People can - & do - intentionally consume fentanyl and cannabis products together, which is a possibility, but it is far more likely that the preliminary drug testing is inaccurate, as has happened in nearly every one of these cases before. There has *never* been a case of “fentanyl-laced” cannabis

Police in Rhode Island are saying someone died from fentanyl-laced cannabis based on preliminary drug testing done by the police, and I just want people to remember law enforcement is not qualified to perform drug testing or determine cause of death. It helps nobody to create unfounded drug panics.
