Columnist with The Anglo Celt #WordSmith.

Once described as a, "Minor Cavan Celebrity."
A coincidental occurrence on the old road – is the headline for my #WordSmith column in tomorrows' Anglo Celt.

It's one to warm a cold-snap❣️

I didn't get a digital copy of my #WordSmith column this week, so it's a bit grainy, but it's still GRIPPY😉

I write in honour of my fellow men, who've had it happen...

I had no idea she was gravely ill, for every time I saw her she had a beaming smile which belied her suffering. She's left my universe of everyday people, but her smile will always stay with me.

May she forever smile in Heavenly-Peace.

Saw this book in a coffee shop, picked it up and couldn’t put it down.
I recall Ian Charleson from the film Chariots of Fire, but beyond that knew little about him.
It’s a collection of tributes from people who knew him; he was very much loved.

Sadly he died of Aids in 1990.
