A short film from the pen of my friend (I had a hand in it, too). It stars: the Cavan landscape, local acting talent, and a specially commissioned acoustic score, a contemporary version of the 17th Century Gaelic Classic: Tabhair dom do Lámh.

We all have a universe of everyday people, those we see on our: walk, commute, or jog. We politely nod and acknowledge each other. They’re familiar to us, part of our everyday life.

Saw this book in a coffee shop, picked it up and couldn’t put it down.
I recall Ian Charleson from the film Chariots of Fire, but beyond that knew little about him.
It’s a collection of tributes from people who knew him; he was very much loved.

Sadly he died of Aids in 1990.
