My grandmother covered pillows like this whenever she had an old cool dress or coat tear—you just lay out the fabric around a pillow, fold over each side, then tie a knot in the front. If you have a random cool brooch, can use that to secure it instead for extra bling.

I always made a point of going to Target early in June and getting a decent amount of stuff. I would buy from small/queer businesses - but wanted to support a big company putting stuff on view for the whole world too. Seeing it disappear sucks.

Happy Pride. Shop elsewhere. Support each other. 💚

I want the behind-the-scenes story from the girls in the row behind, who are covered in bits of goose and Fabio-nose.

I found out through this that a book called Di-Curious: A Sapphic Tabletop RPG Romance exists and I have never gone to buy something so fast.

This reminded me that the movie "Rock-A-Doodle" exists, and as it was one of the very few VHS we owned when I was a kid, I watched it basically once a week for years.

Why...why are you not sitting on the couch and petting me? Why are you sewing lights into a marching band costume? This is to do with the teenager again, isn't it.

My mother crocheted clothes for Purrsephone Garlic, and now that we know she will wear them happily many, many more are to come.

We think so too! We just adopted her a few weeks ago, she looks like a tabby and an orange were involved in a transporter malfunction. Her name is Purrsephone Garlic, PG for short.

Watching Restaurant Wars on Top Chef while working on a style sheet and attempting to not doomscroll. Eyeing up the fresh apple cider and pumpkin spice rum. Intentionally attempting to not clench my jaw. Feel like a giant boa constrictor is sampling various organs. This is fine.

I backed A Gothic Cookbook so long ago that I chose the tier that included a pet portrait. When they asked for a picture, I mentioned that the cat in question had since died.

They added crossed bones above his name 😂😭

RIP Niff, this captures your essence perfectly.
