Human decency is not a radicalized idea. Showing compassion for others is not a radicalized idea. Wanting safety for others is not a radicalized idea. This should be the default of the human condition to be able to work together for the betterment of all, not just some.
Immigrants fleeing horrors in their home country should be welcome here, not ziptied or shoved in the back of a truck while screaming that they can't breathe. Why is this radical?
