I bet it would be incredible! I've not been able to get damsons recently.

In a moment of pretentiousness, I made strawberry and prosecco jam, which worked well. I've also seen whiskey in jam (or marmalade), so I don't see why you can't make damson gin jam!

Damsons make beautiful jam. Maybe you could make a boozy jam? I love making it, as it cooks the flesh releases the stones, so you can hoik them out. I like to have a seive over another bowl, catching the stones and letting any excess jam through to be chucked back in the pot.
