April 2025 update, although sharing a bit late.
Garden is fully built up and starting to show signs of life. Right at the end of the month we got our first egg from the quail! I've been able to pick lettuce and small amounts of kale for meals this month.

March 2025! Amazing progress in just a few weeks!
All the garden areas are laid out, most of the soil is spread, and things are planted. We also got our quail so hopefully eggs soon! Excited to spend so much time outside this summer.

In Feb 2025 I learned not to try to assemble a greenhouse alone when there is a wind advisory.

Every year for our valentines dinner, we go to the Millworks for the art and brew crawl. Beer tastings and snacks and art and chatting with local artists. It's such a celebration of this city we live in and I love it.

This thing ain't it for me. I've been on a champagne stroll (think bar crawl but with bubbly) and all it's done is make a mess of my yarn and get tangled.

Previous iterations of scrap cushions! I make a pretty quilted shell with a zipper so I can stuff all my tiny sewing scraps in there! Eliminates waste, they're still washable, and I can always stuff in more if they get a little flat!

Having a quiet crafty Sunday. I'm starting a new quilted floor cushion for the library so we can have more cozy places to read. I want to use some of these fun Fennec patches too!
