P.S. I block bitcoin charlatans, so if that’s you, don’t bother following me.
Sounds like a higher bar than for either Turkey or Hungary.

If he talked to his constituents instead of just his donors he would know this. The fact that he doesn’t know this should clarify who, exactly, he chooses to hear.

We need an outlet. The big news networks will never post the footage.

The milk paint itself. I didn’t make my own.

It is a lot of work, frankly. And it’s not cheap!

Not unusual. Make yourself a 45-degree shooting board.

Thanks! I’m not sure I understand your question. They are hand cut with a saw and chisel.

All Douglas fir with a DIY wagon vise and a rescued leg vise that’s hard to see in this photo. It’s a southpaw bench.

As a once proud American with a Canadian grandma, I could not agree with you more. The only thing that will teach us a lesson is pain. We’ve grown arrogant, greedy and ungrateful.

No. 4 or 3. And No. 5.

I'm not familiar with the Verum brand so can offer no opinions. I'm guessing you are in the UK by that choice. I'm in the US so old Stanley planes are ubiquitous. Both Chris Schwarz (US) and Paul Sellers (UK) have valuable advice regarding which tools are "necessary" for woodworkers. Best of luck!

2/2 And unless you have enough money to buy Lie-Nielsen/Veritas tools, buy vintage Stanley, Millers Falls, etc. They are better quality than those sold by Rockler, Woodcraft, etc. I'm mostly hand tools but do use a $100 used bandsaw, a budget full-sized table saw and a thickness planer.

1/2 As someone who has been where you are, take it slow and do your research before you spend any money. Chances are you will buy tools you'll never use. Unless you find a deal you just can't pass up, only buy what you actually need for the project at hand.
