Thanks! These types of pieces are always nerve-wracking. I've gotten stitches in my forehead from when one flew off the lathe.

A few years back an 80 year old biforcated pin oak was taken out on my parent's property. I was able to keep the trunk and it was full of spalting. Otherwise, I get wood from fallen trees after big storms. I've probably have about six cords collected atm, drying in my garage.

As far as quantity, I'm guessing it is a standard bell curve distribution. That would likely have been true of the first ships that landed way back when so that's when the invasion began.

Bush's are great as is, but other brands definitely get stuff added. Brown sugar and mustard is a favorite. Fresh or canned tomatoes. On top of nachos with cheese and salsa. Spaghetti noodles butter and soy sauce. Tuna and rice... I could go on...
