This is 'imposed', my new screenprint. I am super excited to share this as it's been one of my favorite prints to make! I absolutely love the detail (look at all the little dots!) but also truly enjoy the overall shape.

It’s been a while that I have posted, but a while back I experimented with a dithered shape. I wanted to see how it reacted with different colors and different ways of overlapping itself.

Hahaha NOPE. I am really happy with it! It’s A2 size and I might make a full edition so I can put it in my webshop, but I’m not sure if people would be interested :)

Today I tried transparent ink for the first time! You’re looking at the same color ink, but the bottom one is diluted with the transparent ink.

This print was one of my first designs and it taught me so much! It taught me how to apply my emulsion and to let it dry long enough, how to mix my paint properly, what paper (not) to choose and also that a design can be good even if it has its flaws :) #silkscreen #screenprint #printmakers #art

I spent some time in December figuring out how colors mixed and matched by creating this screen. It has two images, and parts where they explicitly overlap.
