One girl said “it doesn’t matter if you ban a book because everyone can find that information online” and then I blew their minds by talking about how your search history can be monitored and sold to the government without your permission, but your library borrowing history requires a warrant.

I'm going to put "write for myself, edit for an audience" in my back pocket, because it pretty much sums up how I operate.

Why? Her feud with Trump is a function of the fact that he didn't endorse her for a Senate run to overthrow Ossoff, and likely because she sees the writing on the wall and knows that supporting Trump won't get her elected to the offices she has her eye on. (Senate or governor; she's not picky.)

That's even more hilarious. Talk about losing a vote of confidence. Even hype-addicted cryptobros are looking at this thing and thinking "what a stupid idea."

I sort of wonder how many individual payments that added up to. Depending on the currency, it could have been one $5 coin, twenty $0.25 coins, 500 penny coins, or anything within (or even below) that range.

Absolutely! Just add it to the menu when you make a request. Man/Woman/Nonbinary/Doesn't Matter. People in a hurry could select "Doesn't Matter" if they don't want to wait for a specific gender to roll around.

My mother was born in the late 1930s and didn't get indoor plumbing until she was in the third grade.

This also applies to worrying about things, but anger seems to be all the rage (literally) right now.
