I agree Sophie Walker is the best in the womens' game. How long must we painfully endure Grant Boone on USA broadcasts? His non-golfer nerdy boosterism is annoying and irrelevant.

Yes, LPGA pro golf is very conservative!

The Ladies European Tour has 3 times rejected merging with LPGA instead increasingly taking Asian money to grow from 20 to 30 tourneys in 5 years.

Women's pro tours in Australia, many Asian countries, even Canada are growing faster than USA can develop pros.

The only way to save LPGA

meaning no fan growth. Its older fans & volunteers have long been grumbling about the Asian takeover of LPGA & will continue declining. Fans don't realize that it's only Asian $ that has kept LPGA alive for a decade. With Korea's economy in tatters they cannot be counted on to continue it.

white alumni to win is more important than developing pro golfers so they recruit and train foreigners. For 2025 only a few foreign born graduates came directly to LPGA - none were from USA.

With network tv only interested in the 18-49 demographic, LPGA will be stuck on GC for USA TV,
