The hideous cow stair runner is going! My friend says she never noticed it and it’s doesn’t look like a cow but she did agree it was not my aesthetic. But I think this cow makes my point.

Operation bird net worked. I was able to remove 2 Home Depot buckets worth of ginkgo tree fruit from the yard in about 30 minutes. So hopefully my yard won’t stink this fall.

First successful project with my new to me KH-585 knitting machine. Pretty happy with how it came out, just 2 rows were messed up but nothing a little Swiss darning couldn’t fix.

Out of laziness or curiosity we let these plants grow and today I was going to cut it down but it’s a native Maryland hibiscus so we are going to keep it.

Scored again with Facebook marketplace. It’s a vintage brother push button knitting machine the KH-585 in near perfect condition for its age. Only one spot of rust.

I do have pictures of me in it but I prefer a bit of anonymity on here. It was a little bit more dramatic than I set out to get but it’s the one I felt good in.

Not a photographer but sometimes I get a good one of Jax, and yes he is as cuddly as he looks. Missed his calling as a deep pressure therapy service dog, compact yet heavy thanks to muscles.

Good news it’s safe to call the non emergency police number to free a stuck fox. Wasn’t the first choice but wildlife rescues weren’t available on the holiday. Hope y’all Memorial Day is going better than this fox’s. (Happened at my brothers’ place)

I’m more of a Lord of the Rings girl but this A Court of Thorn & Roses yarn is to die for. This color combo is called Cauldron Made, but most are named after characters.

Spending Easter de-greying the house. Every single room in this house was land lord cheap grey. Which seems like a terrible investment on the land lords part Bc you sneeze and you ruin the paint.
