Let's be clear: no one should be taking medical advice from the man who told Americans to inject bleach.

To moms worried about the Tylenol they took while pregnant: you deserve better than being RFK Jr's scapegoat.

And to the autism community: you are loved exactly as you are.

After #KGLW left Spotify I’ve been missing listening to their music a lot. I just canceled my membership for Spotify premium because it isn’t worth it without the boys. Good on them for standing up for what they believe in and getting me off my ass as well.

This is Jude. He had a long day and just wants to relax with his tunes. Which he can notably turn on all by himself. 13/10 (TT: heyjudethebeagle)

Ever buy a full sandwich just because you want the pickle that comes with it? Because I have. I love pickles.

This guy sitting outside my office is the ultimate yapper. "We're trying to create a space for impossible things to become possible"

"'Sacred anxiety,' that's what I called it in my book"

I'm going to write a book just so I can cite myself in day-to-day conversation. Ultimate smugcore move.

From a convo with @ali-senz.bsky.social, "I keep reminding myself that my favorite meals aren't at fancy restaurants, they're picnics at the park"

Up with picnics, down with booking fees.

This interview is 100% worth a listen. Pete is a guiding light for the Democratic party. I hope more people listen to his common sense messaging.
Pete Buttigieg warns Democrats can't go back to status quo after President Trump
Steve Inskeep speaks with former Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg about distrust in government and the status of the Democratic Party.

Sometimes life can become a hedonic treadmill of feeling like nothing is changing and time is slipping through my fingers. And then I had what might be the worst cup of coffee in my life and it reminded me to be present in the moment by dumping it down the drain with gusto.

I rode a Citi Bike around town for the first time today. It was pretty easy going and fairly quick way to get across town, but it also cost almost as much as a ride share. It might be worth the year long subscription if I end up using it on a weekly basis

Absolutely. We should hope these protests are flooded with American flags. It messes up the anti-American narrative the right-wing media is using to keep people from associating these protests with the rich constitutional history of this nation. Don't allow them to do that! Optics matter folks!
As a Mexican born US citizen, I have a suggestion. At the moment only one party believes in checks and balances, due process, and First Amendment rights. That means only one party has the right to carry the American flag. We need to reclaim it. Force them to pick a new flag. They are not Patriots.

Did my first loop around the dirt track in Central Park. I think it will be my new go-to location for recovery runs. For sure easier on the bones and more shade than the paved loop.

What can replace drinking in nightlife culture. I just want to be places and around people that are fun but the cost of entry seems to be alcohol. Alcohol has its place but it seems, especially in NYC, that life revolves around it.

New goal for me is to focus on sleep timelines. I want to wake up rested and the best feeling is an early morning workout. The hard part is getting in bed by 9:30 and asleep by 10 when work is finished at 7:30…

Im starting to feel like I’m getting my legs under me this year for running. Had a tempo workout where the thought process changed from “I’m not hitting my zones today” to “holy shit it can hit my zones today.” Progress.
