I'm currently having a grammar crisis that's almost the exact opposite: "couple" - does it actually make more sense for it not to have the "of"? You wouldn't say "two of sheep". Yet the use of "a couple" without the "of" always triggers my Americanisation-of-language gag reflex.

UPDATE: I’vespoken to the media unit at Victoria Police about the balaclava clad men, asking if they are aware, if the video is A.I etc. I was told they are investigating the incident as having happened.
This video appears to show a group of men outside a Melbourne shopping centre (Northland). I think they’re chanting “white man fight back” or “white pride”. Oh & holding a super offensive sign. Will any news outlets or local MPs or cops will interrogate or nah? Looks frighteningly like Neo Nazis
