I can’t believe people in the US are allowing the dodgy real estate developer to actually knock down part of the Whitehouse in order to build his white elephant. I thought the building meant something to them. No doubt in five years it will be subsiding and all the gold paint will be peeling off.

Still can’t believe how great Alex and the team were from @octopus.energy absolutely perfect experience (actually right from last year getting solar/ battery to now having an air source heat pump). The photo is the tank up in the loft- the attention to detail + pride in their work. #heatpumplove

My first batch of sauerkraut seems to have worked out very well. Tastes delicious. Carrot, dill,cabbage, kohlrabi and salt. And Tim Spector’s new book “Ferment” arrived today so next I’ll try his fermented garlic and honey.
