Sometimes when I'm asked, "What browser are you using?," I reply, "Netscape Communicator 4.8," just to gauge their skill level in kind.

There are three primary steps when troubleshooting:
1) Reboot
2) Clear the browser cache
3) Verify the device is on Channel 3
If all these fail then give it a hard kick in the side.
