I don't understand how anyone can watch how blatantly Grok is manipulated to answer the way ownership desires it to and then act like the other LLM chatbots couldn't possibly be similarly but less obviously compromised to produce responses in whatever way corporate interests and priorities dictate.

A few years ago I started adding a "Notes on Semantics and the Lexicon" section to my #conlang grammars. I put them after the lexicon, so starting on p.392 of the Kílta grammar — lingweenie.org/conlang/kilt... (as of Nov 23 2025). I got idea from one of Alexandra Aikhenvald's grammars.

Out of all the notebooks I went through in college, I have only kept the one for the Middle Egyptian class I took a UT Austin (1990? 91?). It was taught out of the Art History department by Dr. Elizabeth Meyers, about whom I can find little these days. 1/3
