While eastern Colorado has been an icebox, people on the western slope are asking why it feels like spring. Remarkable contrasts in February so far, with the mtns & west slope 4-8°F warmer than average, and the northeast plains 6-10°F colder than avg! A warm-up everywhere on the way next week. #cowx
