And Ash isn't the only one. My clients and I also find ourselves 70, 80, 90% back to ourselves through microdosing psilocybin mushrooms. It's almost magic.

Living with chronic illness — especially invisible ones like Long COVID — often means being gaslit by doctors, workplaces, even loved ones.

Women especially are brushed aside.
Told it’s “just anxiety.”
Or that it’s “all in your head.”

Cannabis has been revered across cultures. And when used in the right dose with the right set and setting, it can be a powerful, embodied, psychedelic. With a gentle trip you can pause at any time by opening your eyes.
