The best part of halloween was running into a ~4yo girl who was also wearing a red dress with black boots.

Work shenanigans

My gorgeous compression gloves from @bibicosplays.bsky.social arrived today, early.
They are super comfy, soft, and spacey.

I made a bead mat out of a discount frame. I then made things on that bead mat.
The frame has a flipper on it and one side now says "Forbidden Caviar" while the other side says "Oh shit, Oh fuck"

Also, I learned and applied a flat square stitch to make a tiny trans flag. This will be earrings.

One saying is "Forbidden caviar" the other is "Oh shit Oh fuck" a pile of multicolor pastel seed beeds on a framed bead mat. The baggy that the beads are from is sitting nearby. There is a small Trans Flag sewn beadwork placed below the beads and a needle stuck into the mat with thread snips resting close to the needle.

In other news, I made a thing for a coworker who got promoted. She loved it.
I know it's not perfect, I didn't have uniformed beads, but I did my best!

I met my friend's cat, Nia, and she was cute, and soft, and squishy, and a complete bebby, and also she enjoys looking around with one paw raised ever so slightly, and I adore her sweet little toe beans all the way up to her peanut whiskers and the furry tips of her ear floofs.

Should I make more jewelry, chat?

I was left a shit ton of beads by my late MIL and I don't know what all of it is because not all were labeled. I'd sell them as mixed media costume pieces, not fine jewelry, since I have no idea what some of the beads are other than "natural stone" or "glass".

Just did my Spotify wrapped. For the first time in like 5 years, Miracle of Sound wasn't even in my top 5. However, I fell in love again with the work of Vincent Diamante, who scored the game Flower. All my top 5 were classical, except Fallout Boy.

I am in a discord that worships these three cats, Benny, Tybalt, and Murphy (pictured). Someone else conceptualized this "I want to believe" style poster and the Human Staff of the cats okayed it.
It's a composite. The foreground is some stock image I had on hand, I threw the gradient on, and Murph.
