I’m a federal employee too, but I work from home fully, because I’m disabled. I’ve downloaded all of my pertinent docs and sent them to my home email just in case…but always secure an attorney if they try to fire you without cause.

Even $77M is small dollars in the department of defense acquisition arena…there’s much less oversight for programs under $100M, so these small value contracts are sometimes overlooked. Delegation authorities usually lower contracts of this value to O-6/GS-15 level. I’m a seasoned acq professional.

As someone with 24 years in federal acquisition, I'd be interested if that's part of the govt team’s evaluation criteria for source selection…that’s not usually how we infer whether a company is qualified to be awarded a contract, nor is part of official reps and certs per the FAR.
