Kansan here (10 minutes west of Kansas City, MO). It's been on our local news the last few days. It hasn't yet warranted any new mandates, so we'll see how it goes. And of course, I live in one of the counties with confirmed cases. Just one more thing to worry about. 🤦♀️

Our late Greta Louise was a staffy mix that died a month shy of 17 back in 2023. Best girl ever and smart as a whip. She was the matriarch of our fur kids. We miss her dearly.
