My mood is good today, but I haven’t done anything but make the bed and take the dog out. I’d like to take him for a longer walk, brush my teeth, play some music, read, do dishes, and do a silver sneakers workout. Also need to get to the store.

My friend is trying to get elected to the town board. She suffers from debilitating depression every year and can’t get out of bed or function. I’m scared she’ll get elected and be unable to fulfill her duties. But I also support her on principle

Talked to both my sons they sound good. Ulysses gave me some good hugs and he liked his dinner. Things look bleak for our country but I had a good day. Grateful. I think religion is wrong for saying gayness is wrong. Disagree.
