It's fall but still in the high 80s so still smoothie weather, here's a yummy thing I made up:
- 50% frozen apples and/or mangos, peaches, bananas
- 25% spinach
- 25% cottage cheese
- a lil ginger syrup
- enough tea, water, almond milk, etc. to make it blend
Makes a yummy green! 🤓

Anyone else have a picky old cat? My old lady Giga is 18.5 years, has kidney disease and weighs less than 5lb. Some days she'll only eat treats, sometimes she doesn't want ANYTHING (and sends me into so much worry), and some days she scarfs up EVERYTHING so fast I'm afraid she'll make herself sick.

I live near the real Hall Of Justice, Union Terminal in Cincinnati, and it makes me smile so much to see the clouds and general style of the actual mosaics up in that building still visible in these DC versions. 🥰🎉

Should you inherit a neighbor's sewing stash, AKA a sack of pre-cut squares, and should they smell funky due to neighbor's pets- sure, throw them in the washer. However
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY QUILT SQUARES. You'll spend days ironing them back out. 🫠
