I use two kinds of windscreens for my alcohol stove. First wraps around the stove and a pot lifter. It breaks down into three stainless steel sheets. The second is a perforated sheet that forms a cylinder. It fits closely around the stove and lifts the pot by itself. Haven't decide which is better.

20g salt
Got a couple of good medium sized loafs. Sliced in Texas toast proportion. Toasted for 3.5 minutes. Butter. Served on a paper plate.

Might be the best pizza dough I've made. That's my 200g flour for today. Next time, though, I think I'll make 2 smaller pizzas. This one covered my whole pizza stone.
