I really enjoyed my recent visit to UConn! Big thanks to Gaël Ung for hosting me and the warm welcome by the students and faculty.

I'm still amazed by the department's periodic table display with hundreds of samples. It really shows that chemistry is everywhere!

Happy to see our recent paper in Inorganic Chemistry highlighted as a cover!

We found that slight distortions of the ligand can lengthen or shorten the excited state lifetimes in group 6 carbonyl complexes.
