For many years, I suffered from what I coined "Corporate Sleep Deprivation", developed from years of long work hours. In addition, I practised poor eating habits, developed obesity and sleep apnea.

Fast forward to 2022, with the insistence of @porsha4real, I completed a sleep study.

Never too old to be successful. Do not block your blessings by castigating someone as too old for this or that. Give grace in order to receive grace.
