For many years, I suffered from what I coined "Corporate Sleep Deprivation", developed from years of long work hours. In addition, I practised poor eating habits, developed obesity and sleep apnea.
Fast forward to 2022, with the insistence of @porsha4real, I completed a sleep study.

I recently had a conversation about bullies with my 9-year-old Faith. She shared with me that she has experienced some bullying in school. I responded to her by saying, bullies will always be amongst us just like Jesus Christ said about the poor.

You have one major obligation in life, and that is to yourself. Everyone else should be a distant second, IF that. When you travel on a commercial airline, you are instructed to put the oxygen mask over your face first, before attempting to help others. This is analogous to real life.

My late parents started dressing me up from a very young age. Little did I know at age 2, they were preparing me mentally for success by instilling confidence in how I looked and spoke. I have never been shy about using my words. Turns out to be my greatest asset and weapon in life.

Really sorry to hear of John Miles' passing. I know everyone remembers his famous hit 'Music', but loved Slowdown. It was 1976 when I started going to nightclubs in Newcastle. Those days of funk music, skintight jeans, big hair and glamorous bright eye make up.
