All of this delivery requires a huge amount of work by local councillors, their teams, TfL and everyone else involved.

7 new schemes to reduce traffic & improve safety on local roads were introduced
15 experimental schemes were made permanent

Schemes to make it easier & safer to cycle:
🚲51km of new permanent cycle routes
🚲TfL & boroughs have delivered 1,673 public cycle parking spaces, 10,000 residential & 900 at school cycle parking spaces.
🚲16,631 adults & 51,190 kids have cycling training

Schemes to boost walking & wheeling:
🚶🧑‍🦽🚶More than 400 new pedestrian crossings have been installed
🚦with 61 new signal-controlled crossings
🦓108 zebra crossings
🚶🧑‍🦽😍 12km footways have also been widened to make it easier to walk
