This was a pretty fun and simple pasta dish for dinner, courtesy of a Milk Street recipe: Miso Butter Spaghetti with Scallions. Toasted walnuts provide some texture contrast. We paired this with a simple salad and a glass of wine. Very satisfying Itameshi style dish!

Tried this Watermelon 🍉 × Colombian Co-Ferment Coffee that was roasted by Take Care by Oleo in Kansas City. I've dabbled into Co-Ferments but I'm still pretty new to them. This was pretty good! I got more of a Coconut 🥥 flavor with some juiciness of watermelon on the tongue.

Made some Agua De Jamaica for the week. First time making it and it turned out well! A little lime 🍋‍🟩 on top after pouring in a glass over ice is great too.

I really dug what The Last Showgirl team pulled off for a nationwide early screening and live Q+A. Even with small hiccups, this is essentially scaling what going to movie festivals feels like. I loved the community vibe. 👏🏼 Great film and ensemble cast. Hollywood, more of this. #lastshowgirllive

The Christmas Tree 🎄 situation was a bust this year. Our favorite place (Pumpkins and Pines) sold out on Nov. 24th AND permanently closed up after 20+ years. We tried another spot in KCK called Bierman's but that was boo boo. Almost 0️⃣ trees tagged for chopping. 🪓🤑 Still fun!
