This was a pretty fun and simple pasta dish for dinner, courtesy of a Milk Street recipe: Miso Butter Spaghetti with Scallions. Toasted walnuts provide some texture contrast. We paired this with a simple salad and a glass of wine. Very satisfying Itameshi style dish!

Tried this Watermelon 🍉 × Colombian Co-Ferment Coffee that was roasted by Take Care by Oleo in Kansas City. I've dabbled into Co-Ferments but I'm still pretty new to them. This was pretty good! I got more of a Coconut 🥥 flavor with some juiciness of watermelon on the tongue.

Made some Agua De Jamaica for the week. First time making it and it turned out well! A little lime 🍋🟩 on top after pouring in a glass over ice is great too.

I love how there's still an active Millennial crew on Foursquare / Swarm. We check in there only. Low frills, but still fun to see where people travel and eat/drink/explore.
