No figure that serves the public should be anonymous to the public.
There is no need for a shadowy government body to be used as the president’s personal militia.

When we really need to worry is when an ICE officer is killed. I’m sure they are just waiting for it to happen any second now.
June 8, 2025 at 3:06 AM
And for what exactly, some ICE officers got their feelings hurt?

Should have thought of that before blackbagging innocent civilians with unmarked vehicles.

These people don’t care about America, they care for the husk of America’s power. They hold none of its ideals true, but despoil it for their own twisted gains.
June 8, 2025 at 3:01 AM
America was founded on the consent of the governed and the right of free assocaition between peoples.

Not only is the use of the National Guard contrary to these ideals, but the entire idea that we need to limit people who believe in freedom, justice and liberty for all from coming to America.

Sending troops to quell minor unrest is a political play. They want to increase tensions. They want a crisis, then they can justify whatever they want.
June 8, 2025 at 2:53 AM
The whole reason that the National Guard was called in the first place is that people were calling ICE names and trying to find out their identities?
Some snowflake stuff right there.

- Political violence against business leaders like Thompson is either pointless, actively harmful, or a hollow and selfish exercise
- Mangione chose the wrong mark and may have killed a reformer to make a political point, the height of arrogance

December 17, 2024 at 3:03 PM
- On the other hand, Luigi was born rich, had nothing to do with UHC and did next to no research before murdering someone in cold blood
- Thompson could have been a reformer, someone aiming to make insurance better, we will never know what he would have done. He is dead
🧵8/10
December 17, 2024 at 3:03 PM
- While the actual CEO of the entire company was in the UK, Brian Thompson was killed for essentially being an upper level manager, not the top dog
- All the evidence we have suggests that Thompson was trying to make insurance better and more proactive about patient care.

December 17, 2024 at 3:03 PM
- Many healthcare providers are corrupt or bad actors themselves. Insurance company executives have very little power to make sweeping changes to improve healthcare
- Brian Thompson grew up poor, he was not to blame for the state of insurance in the US
🧵6/10
December 17, 2024 at 3:03 PM
- A lot of the information surrounding this case is fake or misleading
- Thompson did not introduce an ai that denied 90% of claims
- There is no evidence that UHC has the highest denial rate for their policies

- Frick survived, the public turned against the strikers, connecting them with the assassin and upset at the violence
- The usage of Pinkertons to quell union protests became widespread and would persist for ~40 more years with the New Deal
🧵4/10
December 17, 2024 at 3:03 PM
- The union blocked entry to the factory and Frick called in the Pinkertons to get rid of the unionists
- What followed was a bloody melee. 7 strikers and 3 Pinkertons died
- A random anarchist from New York got an appointment with Frick and stabbed and shot him
🧵3/10
December 17, 2024 at 3:03 PM
- This assassination occurred during the Homestead Strikes
- A new steelworkers union was trying to negotiate a new contract amid declining wages and record company profits
- Frick was instructed not to negotiate with unionists by Carnegie (who was at his Scotland estate)

Yeah, seems extremely likely the providers they are limiting are bad and should go out of business.
December 13, 2024 at 8:52 PM
Sounds like there are a large number of providers that underperform the benchmark on a continuous basis. These businesses SHOULD close. If they are not committed to results, then they are offering expensive and substandard care.

Glad you like it!

Hello Hank. You probably won’t read this, but I’m with a group in Massachusetts that’s trying to implement a system where Civic participation is actively encouraged and forms the basis of government policy. We’re trying to fix division and create a forum for social ties to be formed.
