Hell yes. Have not read much 40K stuff but I started here and the Necron trial bit cracked me up to a degree that is very hard for *any* book to achieve.

Just ran the numbers on 50-year out of curiosity and it feels fully dystopian already. At year 30, borrowers would only have about 25% of the principal paid. On a $320k mortgage, total payments around $1,055,000!

I think some people believe there is a hidden reserve of capacity within a large subset of the destitute and disabled that would, in the absence of a safety net, serve to provide them at least basic sustenance via menial labor. Obviously, that assumption rests upon an interwoven layer of delusions.

11 Del. C. Sec. 1304 would add a hate crime felony to a theft committed for “the purpose of interfering with the victim’s free exercise or enjoyment of any right, privilege, or immunity protected by the First Amendment.” There is no “fighting words” defense or other legal justification for this.

I wish they’d shown a replay of his catch earlier in the game because it felt like he had a surprisingly great vertical. He’s been a bright spot out there tonight.
