During my masters I read Zauberberg (Magic Mountain) in German. I swear to God if I had to hear one more double entendre about someone having a low-grade fever or il crayón I was going to scream. (May I borrow your crayon? Oh yes you may, but be sure to take care of it. Oh I'll sharpen it well! 😉)

Oh, that sounds yummy! Oddly, we have access to feta, goat, and many other exotic types, but I could find halloumi nowhere in Reno, hence the massive shipment from Wisconsin. I think there's a huge market if it was released at the beginning of the summer barbecue season.

I only have halloumi because I had never heard of it until Tammi mentioned it, and to order it from Wisconsin it was a $50 minimum. I have a lot of halloumi cheese to get through.
