With the withdrawal of Russian and Assad forces from parts of Rojava that the U.S. military had helped the SDF liberate from ISIS but were occupied by the Russians when Trump handed over U.S. bases to Putin in 2019, will the U.S. return to those bases and AOs to reunite with their Kurds allies?
