Watched this Western Wood-Pewee fly off its branch and come back with this prize! I love that flycatchers tend to come back to the same branch, it makes it a little easier to get this kind of shot.

Went to a park in the mountains last week. Lots of woodpecker nesting activity! Was so cool to see both adults taking turns getting food for the younglings!

Saw my FOS Western Wood-Pewee the other day. Was sitting nicely on a branch, posing for me. Then suddenly it flew out and came back with its catch that it quickly devoured!
