Remember, these are for costs already incurred. So school districts have to pull from other areas of the budget or increase property taxes to make up the difference. It's past time we moved to GUARANTEED 90% reimbursement for special ed costs at all Wisconsin public schools.

That's basically what the WI legislature did to our public schools for special education costs. The legislature promised to cover 42% of special ed costs this year and 45% next year (far short of the 90% guaranteed to private voucher schools). Instead, the first payment to districts was just 35%!

They pretended it was this time too .They just ran out of fisherman in little boats to blow up. And then when we found out there is no fentanyl in Venezuela and yet this is what they were allegedly blowing up…POS. And they hate most Americans just as much it would kill us if it would benefit them.
