Enjoying a 10 year old cuvée rene with some seafood spaghetti. Tasting mighty fine, peachy, funky and delicious acidity!

Made my first Christmas Pudding. Paired it with Triepl Karmeliet: Instant Success!

Taste testing my session cider. Idea was to water down my original cider to have a 3% everyday drinker. Fortunately we have very soft water at my parents place so the pH stayes at around 3.5. The tannins in this where also plenty. Carbed with some pear juice for a push in aroma. Quite happy!

Today I cooked a german classic: Grünkohl mit Pinkel (cale with sausages) and it is glorious especially with Simplex from De Ranke! (Didn‘t have pinkel and subbed in another smoked sausage with caraway called Polnische … germans and their names for food 😅)

The pleasure of breaking into a new cake of tea! Really enjoyed the new raw pu erh from white2tea.

A really nice Kellerbier while playing a nice new board game with my family. Some nice citrusy hopiness and otherwise clean flavor.

Everytime I get to frankfurt I have to go to Akmal anf get the samosa dish with a mango lassi! Beings back so many good memories!
