This is what the BLS CPI tables look like. Mostly blank spaces. You have to impute from 2-month changes in the annual rates. But imputing does suggest general good news.

Spoke with an insurance agent who covers the sun belt, and they said homeowners are about to get rocked. At minimum all home policies by major carriers will have 2% of MV wind/roof policies. This is a major problem for all homeowners, not just FL.
