The US has more crime than the rest of "The West" because it has worse socioeconomic inequality and worse mental healthcare access than the rest of "The West". Fixing this is straightforward, but the American ownership class is so hostile to being taxed that having higher crime is their preference.

What this means is, if we had a SCOTUS who properly interpreted such things, abortion should be allowed because there’s no room for “religious objections”. Constitution doesn’t care. If you believe it’s a sin, then don’t get one. That’s between you and your God, not you and your Constitution.
