Time for another poorly-crafted profile icon update!

Some of the "rational" discourse as seen on the r/conservative subreddit.

In case folks are unsure of how the Republicans feel about the rest of the country.

Will there be an appearance by Heater?

Over 1.25 hours in badly-used photo-editing efforts later.

Today marks one year since the death of the legendary Tony Todd. He was a phenomenal actor, human, and role model. He was a giant of a man, both in body and spirit, and his shadow was one of acceptance and exceptional gifts. His passing was felt in many places and will for many years.

Thank you.

In honor of Kevin Murphy's birthday, I'm re-watching a classic MST3K episode, War of the Colossal Beast, and the accompanying short, Mr. B Natural. Thank you for a lifetime of laughter and more.

Yet another poorly-designed icon, because why not.

I have acquired the "spooky old man" moniker due to my cats.

Hey, if I must have a title, so be it.

Pictured: proof-positive of being so evil, it bleached both of the cats.

Apparently.

Day 31: American Mary (2012)
"Katharine Isabelle stars as Mary, a very good, very bad doctor. It's about revenge, integrity, living one's truth, and never surrendering. She's a phenomenal presence and an absolute legend. 5/5 movie."

Day 30: Dawn of the Dead (1978)
"A dive into the meaning of consumerism, authoritarianism, cultural loss, and zombies in a pie fight. No, really, it happens near the end of it. 5/5 movie, 4/5 for setting the standards pretty well."

Day 29: Audition (1999)
"A meditation on modern life, trauma, recovery, identity, and holy fuck did she just use a wire saw on his foot. What the fuck, it's supposed to be about a middle-aged guy cyber-dating. 5/5 movie, 1/2 feet."

I'm currently watching "Borderline" (2025) and wow, it is impressive. At around fifty-six minutes into it, there's a flash-bang of a smile shown and it is every bit as amazing as it could be. Top marks again to Samara Weaving for bringing the fun, and to Ray Nicholson, a genius villain.

Day 27: Pontypool (2008)
"A small-set, mid-budget adaptation of the 2nd book in a trilogy. It asks of the viewer: how powerful is language, what does it mean to speak what we feel and know. 5/5 movie, Mrs. French's cat is 0/1."

Day 25: Us (2019)
"An excellent Jordan Peele genre hit, it explores the idea of identity, social order, and rabbits. Also, yeah, some doppelganger stuff, yet it's really got a lot of rabbit stuff in it. 5/5, and my Tethered agrees."
