FOMO got them addicted to that Stancil life.

What if he posts something and they miss their opportunity of replying with the perfect dunk that'll get buried in hundreds of mentions? What if?! Not worth the risk, gotta keep him unblocked.

Funds for what and is Trump a reliable person to ask for anything? I'd get it if say NYC needed FEMA response or NYC dealing with some emergency but that's not the case.

Also this is the exact thing that earns a "fell for it again" meme for everyone else.

Your reaction to Fallon was before the release of any Epstein documents, before thousands were dying due to USAID getting killed, before people were getting snatched by masked men who tear gas children, before fishermen were getting blown up., etc etc, etc.
November 22, 2025 at 5:23 PM
The difference in reaction tells me all I need to know about a whole lot of people.

This is why I'm not expecting any emotional satisfaction from the end up this, you guys can't even remember what Trump has done if it means calling out a guy you like.

And that's all this was. A photo op. He wasn't there on business, he wasn't there to ask anything from the administration, it was just publicity.

For example, Zelensky, I get it he has to stand there and smile. He has to play nice because the lives of his people are literally on the line.

Think of all the shit that happened from April to now with ICE/national guard, at least Whitmer wasn't doing a visit the week after finding out a convicted child rapist called him "Dirty Donald" and that he spent hours with one of his victims.
November 22, 2025 at 3:35 PM
I'm seriously questioning on whether people truly believe Trump is a monster or if they're just parroting words they see other people say.

Why the fuck would you ever consent to a photo of yourself smiling with a guy who wrote a poem for Epstein on the outline of a naked young girl?
November 22, 2025 at 3:31 PM
Doing this stuff is a massive misstep for everyone, because I believe Trump is a monster. He raped children with his buddy Epstein. He's murdering people.

With time no one will remember the circumstances of the photo, you're just smiling with him in his office looking like an asshole.

Dirt? No, no, no... gotta start composting and fill that box with some nutrient rich with humus.

Correction to #3 blue dogs and one independent.

Giving credit to Republicans and stealing Lieberman's obstructionist thunder. Tsk tsk.
November 21, 2025 at 9:10 PM
You know who agrees with you? The Trump administration, they loooove claiming experts aren't worth shit and ignore them.

Get over it. There's people who know things better than you, and you should probably listen to them.

1. Selective memories... they were the majority party.

2. Selective memories... majority party.

3. Not what happened, they didn't need Republican votes, they were negotiating with blue dogs.
November 21, 2025 at 8:53 PM
Yeah and Republicans have that exact same issue, that's just the reality of being a Senate/House leader, you can't herd the cats 100% of the time successfully.

It's harder than you imagine and you're armchair QBing.
November 21, 2025 at 8:49 PM
That track record in your head is based on you buying into the fantasy that Republicans were unstoppable obstruction beasts when they were the minority party.

Hell when they were the majority party they couldn't even repeal ACA. But like I said selective memories.
November 21, 2025 at 8:40 PM
My experience people who view Republicans as obstruction juggernauts have selective memories excluding the L's they ate and mix up when they were the minority party.

Whether you like it or not they're the expert. Acting like you know more than them is a red flag, we need some faith in experts.

People are hung up on the "how dare you say they are not professionals!" and missing the actual implications with access to loans.
November 21, 2025 at 7:07 PM
That just reeks of AMA meddling.

They also excluded physician assistants and nurse practitioners as well.

Making it impossible to afford the two degrees that keep access to care (especially primary care) from imploding.

They care, they're just convinced there's some other way to do things or they'll figure it out on their own.

And it's been going on well before 2025. Like the demands for accelerated approval of medications, pumping out ineffective meds and the public does not care.

Obstruct how? Via what specific mechanism?
November 21, 2025 at 2:46 PM
The fact they're so adamantly against pushing back on that behavior just signals they agree with it as far as I'm concerned. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don't get mad that you're associated with bad stuff if you're not willing to do the bare minimum to denounce it.
