Under Obama's tenure we still had increased military spending. Snowden warned us about everything happening right now as Obama's NHS was passing around nudes of people without their knowledge. And the increased militarization of local law enforcement.

That all has been a staple of our government since the 70s and it has been a progressive shift right with no real movement left in any meaningful way. Bill Clinton didn't have ICE but Hillary is happily saying how much harder Bill and Obama were on immigration.
