You are naive if you think nothing has changed. Women who look a bit masculine, trans or not, who are already being confronted by other women in toilets and changing rooms. The ruling opened the door to bigotry.

Not much use if you are waiting hours for an ambulance and are then outside of the window for clot-busting drugs. My friend's husband died because of the ambulance delay, not because he needed a test to tell them he'd had a when they finally arrived.
