Scotland will be a normal country.
Scotland will do all the things normal countries do

Where we are right now is the outlier in the family of countries. Being in a union of 4 countries, where one of the countries totally overwhelms the others is unique
Where are all the planned data centres situated?

Oh aye...

18 stories before a Scottish article appears on the landing page, and only because that's a subject I've picked in "My sport"
The first 7 articles are about English stories

13 of the first 15 concern English stories
It's mind over matter
They don't mind and Scotland doesn't matter

In Scotland electricity consumption is covered by generation by renewables for over 50% of the time and this figure continues to rise
Right now Scottish renewables are generating enough for Scotland, and over 4.4Gw is exported
Floating wind and technology developments will improve capacity factor

The UK nuclear baseload is a myth. Of the 3.67Gw being produced right now, 1.2Gw comes from Scottish Nuclear.

Over the last week, imports supplied more than nuclear and that's only going to grow.

Has any polling analysis produced such a result, if SNP voters switched to greens en masse in the list vote?

What happens next, if Starmer says no? Like he has promised to.

Jackie Baillie-
Have you had any contact with the Loch Long Jetty Association since the radiation leaks?

Is everybody ok, how do your constituents feel about the spilling of toxic waste into their environment & the lack of transparency from the UK MoD?

Scotland is just a dumping ground to our glorious leaders in Westminster.

The Hebrides suffered this exercise the last time the US and UK decided to litter Scotland's seabed.

When is it England's turn to host potentially lethal unexploded ordnance and other toxic waste in their fishing grounds?

There are reports some of the fascists were bussed in.
August 24, 2025 at 9:56 PM
This story on the BBC news app makes perfect sense now
Those that cannot see that the UK government is engaged in an exercise to hobble Scotland are either blind, stupid or complicit
The UK government aims to prevent or delay Scottish independence, or leave Scotland a barren wasteland

For most of this week between 3 and 5 Gw has been transferred from Scotland to England.

If Westminster had backed storage that power could have been stored to give more than a week's worth of backup in Scotland.
Instead they are backing larger cables to transfer more to the midlands.

Right now about twice as much is being transferred from Scotland to England, as is used in Scotland.

I'm not sure.
The developer of Berwick Bank has put in place various mitigations, including reducing the area that impinges on feeding grounds, raising the turbines above flight paths, employing staff to remove predators from breeding grounds.

You're the one who had the preconceived idea that the 'excuse would be deep and convoluted'

Whereas it's simply the Brit labour party trying to game the vote.

Why did they lump the PA in with the fascists in the bill?

The SNP has done more than most to highlight Palestine.

Without action?
Sit down.
July 3, 2025 at 4:17 PM
No.
As can be seen from a multitude of posts and threads, just like yours, they were damned if they did and damned if they didn't

That you can't see that labour left them with no "correct" position by the decision to include the other groups says more about you than them

Are you naive on purpose?
July 3, 2025 at 3:53 PM
Only by adding 2 Nazi groups to the bill labour effectively gave that saying to the 2 Nazi groups as well.

If the SNP had voted against, the MSM would have been all over them...

"SNP backs nazi parties"

Actions speak louder than words...
July 3, 2025 at 3:41 PM
And if they had voted against would that have changed the outcome?

The SNP have more to be proud of in regards Gaza than most (all?) other parties
