A refreshing walk after the storm. I love how the little willows (?) are deeply rooted and able to withstand the amount of water flowing through. Also, the alder leaning into the sunlight made me smile. May I be like these trees.

I needed to take a couple more Primal Adaptogenic Calm supplements. Putting the kids to bed tonight I couldn’t keep the tears away. The Dept of Education now under attack.

Wild Journey was a little wild this morning in the wind & rain. ☺️ I was the only human attending, but I was joined by many oaks, red shouldered hawk, song sparrows, white crowned sparrows, western blue birds, house finches, towhees, spotted towhees and lots of frogs. What a delight! #wildchurch
